Thank you for shopping with Thelookerr! We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we’ve designed our return and refund policy to be as clear and fair as possible. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which apply to orders shipped within the United States.
A. 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return—no questions asked.
To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as when received

Unworn, unused, with tags

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
B. Missing Your Return Label? We’ve Got You.
We don’t include return labels in our packages by default—but no worries! Just send us an email at support@thelookerr.com, and we’ll guide you through every step of the return or exchange process.
C. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thelookerr.com with the following information:

Your order number and full name

Proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot or confirmation email)

Reason for the return

A photo or short video of the defective or damaged item (if applicable)
Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 24 hours), we’ll send you a confirmation email. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
D. Received a Damaged, Wrong, or Incorrect Size Item?
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (including incorrect size), we’re here to make it right. Please reach out to us at support@thelookerr.com and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or exchange.
E. Exchanges Made Simple
We’re happy to exchange items that:

Were shipped in the wrong size or style

Arrived damaged

Note: You won’t be responsible for return shipping costs on defective or incorrect items.
F. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, it will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days after that for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund process.
G. Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem—just contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. After that window, we may not be able to cancel it, as your order may already be in production or shipping.
📦 Important: Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. Any delivery issues caused by an incorrect address (especially missing street or house numbers) may result in undeliverable packages, for which we can’t be held responsible.
