Cancel Order

At Thelookerr, we recognize that customers may sometimes need to adjust or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy is designed to clearly explain how cancellations and order changes are handled while allowing us to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

This policy applies to all orders placed on thelookerr.com, shipped within the 50 United States, and fulfilled using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.


1. Order Processing Schedule

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM (EST) are usually processed on the same business day.
Orders submitted after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order enters processing, cancellations or changes are no longer guaranteed.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 When Cancellations Are Allowed

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided processing has not started.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please email support@thelookerr.com and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

Our support team responds within 24 business hours.


2.2 When Cancellations Cannot Be Accepted

Cancellations are no longer possible if:

  • The order is being packed

  • A shipping label has been generated

  • The order has already shipped

  • More than 12 hours have passed since the order was placed

If an order has shipped, customers must wait for delivery and then request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Changing or Modifying an Order

We will attempt to accommodate changes whenever possible, depending on the order’s processing stage.

3.1 Types of Changes That May Be Requested
  • Size adjustments

  • Color changes

  • Product replacements

  • Shipping address corrections

  • Contact detail updates

  • Adding or removing items

All change requests must be submitted before processing begins.


3.2 Shipping Address Changes

Address corrections must be requested immediately after placing an order.

If an order has already shipped, customers may request a carrier reroute at their own expense, subject to carrier policies.


3.3 Product Modifications

Product changes depend on availability at the time of request.

  • If the replacement item costs more, we will send a payment link

  • If the replacement item costs less, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method


4. Fees for Cancellations or Changes

  • No cancellation fees apply if the order has not entered processing

  • No fees for correcting customer details before processing

  • Any carrier rerouting or interception fees are charged by the carrier, not Thelookerr


5. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled

  • It cannot be modified

Customers must wait for delivery and then follow the Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

  • A 30-day return request window

  • No return or restocking fees

  • Refunds processed within approximately 5 business days after item receipt

Carrier investigations may be required in cases of delayed or missing packages.


6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable before processing, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement item of equal value

  • Store credit


6.2 Duplicate Orders

If duplicate orders are placed accidentally, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will cancel and refund the duplicate order if it has not yet shipped.


6.3 Checkout Errors

Errors such as selecting the wrong size, variant, or quantity must be reported within 12 hours of order placement to be eligible for correction.
